- Attend house meetings
- Complete assigned chores
- Respect fellow residents
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow quiet hours and curfew
- Care for the home
- Communicate honestly with management
Residents have the right to:
- Be treated with dignity and respect
- Live in a safe recovery environment
- Be free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- Maintain privacy
- Submit grievances without retaliation
- Receive fair and consistent application of policies
Financial Responsibility
Recovery includes learning financial responsibility. Residents are responsible for timely rent payments and budgeting as part of preparing for independent living. Successful graduates may receive rental references based on payment history and participation.
